I proudly served my country as a law enforcement specialist in the US Air Force earning various awards for outstanding leadership abilities and expert marksman on several different weapons.  I worked in Hollywood in post-production and maintained the calls and scheduling for several studios around So. Cal. and then later moved north to go to culinary school in San Francisco.  As a chef at The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco, I was part of the team that was the first to have a hotel brand honored with the Malcolm Baldridge Award. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company is the first and only hotel brand to have won the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award twice, receiving the honor in both 1992 and 1999.The award, presented by the U.S. Department of Commerce, recognizes organizations that demonstrate outstanding achievements in quality management, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.  Plus, we were awarded our Fifth Star from the Mobil Travel Guide that same year as well.  It was an honor to be recognized for our dedication to service.   Now let me bring my knowledge, joy, and expertise to you and let’s make dreams come true!
